Phoenix Compliancy Management (PCM) was established in 1997 by Richard Gonella, Vince Queen and Terry Batty under the name of Gas Advisory Services, delivering gas contract management and quality assurance services within the social housing sector. As of 2014 we announced that Gas Advisory Services Ltd are trading as Phoenix Compliancy Management to expand our services, providing our clients with a comprehensive range of mechanical and electrical consultancy.
It has been an exhilarating journey since the company opened its doors on 1st September 1997, to provide gas consultancy services for local authority and social housing providers. Starting in a one room rented office at St. Mary’s business park with no clients, our hard work and determination to grow the business led to the purchase of the first office in Slade Green in 2000.
All of the Gas Advisory Services team worked long hours to enable the company to diversify into multi-disciplinary consultancy services which was the next stage of the company growth.
Purchasing the Crossways office in 2014 and commencing to trade as Phoenix Compliancy Management (PCM), we now have a fully established facility with over 60 employees, working as a team to provide statutory requirement assurance to our clients for Health and Safety compliance. We are proud of all of the hard work put into secure the current position as one of the leading providers in risk management consultancy, working with a wide variety of clients in the public and private sectors covering a vast range of areas over the United Kingdom.
From 2014, we expanded our risk management services and capitalised on evolving our consultancy services to benefit our clients. We pioneered further compliance services to provide our clients with consultancy for all Health and Safety requirements.
As we continue to expand, we strive to keep our quality of service to an exceptional standard and ensure that all of our clients are compliant with statutory requirements, best practices and standards.
