All our courses are presented by qualified trainers who deliver the courses using the latest teaching techniques for an effective and engaging learning experience. The courses have been specifically developed to meet the needs of candidates at all levels of technical competence and experience, from introductory awareness to advanced learning.

Is Training a Legal Requirement?

The UK safety regulators expect people and landlords with responsibility for the management of health and safety in the workplace to be properly trained to a level that allows them to manage the contractor’s duties safely and effectively. As a landlord, you are legally required to get all of the gas appliances and flues in your residential properties inspected each year.

It is important that you, as the landlord to understand the requirements under the gas regulations. It is important for landlords and appointed management to receive suitable and sufficient training to a level that allows them to manage the LGSR and gas safety programme. From the training, the relevant person(s) must be assessed on their competency and receive regular refresher training.
